T&J branched into general building works and now employs a full time Construction Manager and a team of carpenters. The business has now completed numerous building projects and is recently completed of a project upgrading 45 houses in Alpurrurulam, NT.
Remote Housing Services, and Tenancy Management
In 2013, T&J started to provide Tenancy Management Services for specified assets and houses in the Tennant Creek & Barkly Region. Today, T&J’s Housing Department maintains this initiative and continues to deliver high quality Tenancy Management Services across the Barkly Region.
ABOUT
T&J have been providing Refrigeration, Electrical, and Carpentry services to residents of the Barkly region for more than 30 years. Tony & Jean Civitarese have owned and operated T&J since they started it themselves in 1987 to cater for the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial / domestic refrigeration and air-conditioning. Over the years T&J has grown from a refrigeration business into a company offering a wide range of services across various industries. With its emphasis on quality and proficient service, the business has quickly grown to assume a leading role within its fields throughout the NT.
