T&J branched into general building works and now employs a full time Construction Manager and a team of carpenters. The business has now completed numerous building projects and is recently completed of a project upgrading 45 houses in Alpurrurulam, NT.
Remote Housing Services, and Tenancy Management
In 2013, T&J started to provide Tenancy Management Services for specified assets and houses in the Tennant Creek & Barkly Region. Today, T&J’s Housing Department maintains this initiative and continues to deliver high quality Tenancy Management Services across the Barkly Region.
